United First Financial By Brooke Barnett of United First Financial United First Financial is the daughter company of Accelerated Equity and Development, a mortgage company in Draper, UT. United First Financial was started by co-owners Skyler Witman, John Washenko, Jonathan Bonnette, Matt Lovelady, Steve Smith and Don Jorgenson. Once the company was formed there was an initial meeting of 10 individuals who launched the company and are all still active. Through United First Financial's incredible growth the co-owners hired an interim CEO, P. Thomas Chester, to implement systems and growth procedures. United First Financial offers a single product named the Money Merge Account System. United First Financial has a multi-pay structure which can be very lucrative full or part time. United First Financial currently employs over 200 full time staff to support it's growing sales force and client base. The corporate office is located in Bluffdale, UT. United First Financial has multi-lingual support for it's recent expansion into a test market in Canada.
